We moved locally but with an 11 day storage gap in between pick-up and delivery. The move was excellent: communication was great, timing was exact and the removalists were professional, high quality, careful and quick and we experienced no breakages or damage to our property. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I used a removalist many years ago and swore I'd never do it again...damaged furniture etc! I thought I'd give Transcorp a try...and loved it. Money fantastically spent!!! The boys arrived on time, were well presented and polite. They were quick and gave me packing tips so could save money. Once the furniture arrived at the new house they let me use their tools to put things together as they unloaded, and then gave me a hand where more than one person was needed. Extremely professional in every way. Money truly well spent, I couldn't recommend them more.

We had a complicated inner Sydney city commercial pick up with limited street parking, no loading zones and no off street parking. Transcorp were willing to come up with solutions and work with our staff member on the ground to make the collection happen. The delivery of goods then went smoothly and everything arrived in top condition. The staff on the phone were professional and friendly. The delivery drivers I personally met were friendly and efficient. Communication was good with collection/delivery times clearly communicated. Overall I was very happy and would use them again if required in the future.

Transcorp Removals service was excellent. I booked my removal last minute and they managed to fit me in during there busiest time. The 2 guys were very courteous and worked very hard during a very hot day. All my furniture was wrapped and packed neatly with NO damage. Highly recommend Transcorp and will definitely use again. Very impressed with the service...turned up right on time and fitted our household of gear onto the truck perfectly, including some particularly heavy plants, bbq etc. Three guys worked for 8 hours with maybe a half hour break, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble .

We have had the pleasure of using Transcorp Removals & Storage on atleast 5 different occasions. Some of the items being transported were large, heavy & quite expensive commercial & household goods. During every single move we cannot fault the crew doing the jobs from start (quoting stage) to end!! Every job which was booked was completed on time, the crew doing the job were professional & friendly & very cautious with all our items. On each occasion the jobs were confirmed a day prior to the move & on one occasion it was postponed however we were kept informed of the changes. We would continue using Transcorp Removals & Storage & highly recommend them to all our family & friends as we have used their services many times..the Removalists go above & beyond! We had a very large move consisting of a two bd house and two 27 m2 storage units in Mordialloc coming together in a 2 storey house in Dingley Village. We had 2 teams of 2 men and 2 trucks and the service they provided was exceptional. They arrived at 9 am and worked flat out, finishing just after 2 pm. Even a morning storm didn’t slow them down. They were very careful with all our furniture and 100 boxes and even took everything to the desired locations in the house’s upper and lower levels. No breakages or damage to anything. We would highly recommend Transcorp to anybody who is moving house. Florence and JC in the office organised everything for us and sent the best team of men to carry out the move and made it a stress free experience from beginning to end.
This was our first time using a removal company. It wasn't an easy decision given some stories but in the end we are so glad we chose to use one and so happy that we chose Transcorp. We moved from a 2 br apartment in South Yarra to a 2 br apartment in Richmond. Our South Yarra first floor apartment had a very narrow staircase and access to the Richmond apartment was also restricted. Despite all of this the move went amazingly well thanks to the superb moving crew who arrived on time and had plenty of helpful tips and tricks! The move was over before we knew it! Our choice to use a removal company saved us a heap of stress and when we move again we will no doubt go with Transcorp once again! Thanks again guys, we wish you all the very best!
Great job by Transcorp- offered great support with our move. Accurately estimated our packing needs - supplying boxes 📦. Arrived on time as planned. Weather was terrible but the guys constantly worked through our big job (3 kids - big move) throughout the day and finished on time as estimated too. Guys we’re friendly and experts at moving difficult objects - we even moved a stone bath tub! heavy couches needed feet taken off to get in door at new place - not a problem. Helped to disassemble heavy bunk bed etc. Pricing was great and friendly service. A manager who was in the area - popped in during the job to check on progress and make sure everything was going to plan. Great job Transcorp - we’ll be using them again when we move back!! Transcorp are an amazing company. From the first contact, I have had the best experience. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and just wonderful to deal with. Rebecca is truly brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble despite my dozens of questions as I needing to move my items to Tassie but at two separate stages. Rebecca was just so cheery and delightful. Then the experience with Josh and Steve, who came to pick up our furniture. What can I say other than truly outstanding. I can not speak more highly of Steve and Josh. They were so lovely, funny, joking and extremely experienced in their job. All of my items were carefully handled and perfectly stacked and packed giving such peace of mind. I am looking at moving the remainder of my items to Tassie at the end of the year and would not use any other company other than Transcorp. I will definitely be requesting Steve and Josh again. Great crew very professional with lots of experience, friendly and easy to deal with - nothing was a problem Even under all of these Victorian covid restrictions. Complex move needing doors removed to get fridges and couches out, disassembled heavy bunk beds and basketball ring. Safely moved heavy merbau timber items from storage to start the day. Organised boxes and furniture placement at drop off to enable easy unpacking. Protected new timber floors at drop off. Eric and the boys then helped to reassemble bunk bed and basketball ring in 15mins rather than us taking 2 plus hours on these heavy/difficult items. Moved from Melbourne to Sydney. The moving crew were very friendly, accommodating and professional. When we had major issues with the drop point due to our real estate agent - their after hours team were able to redirect our delivery to a new location at short notice without any fuss. It was easy to get hold of friendly office staff when we needed them, never went on hold once. Thoroughly recommend.

Moving interstate is never an easy thing but I'm very grateful to the staff of Transcorp who were professional, easily contacted and always helpful - a special thanks to Arthur, Sue, Stacey and Brenton in the office who all took my calls at one point or another and Brenton even managed to make me laugh at quite a stressful time. The two men who did the uplift were respectful and very friendly, I was 28 weeks pregnant at the time and they were kind to make sure I didn't do any reaching or lifting in the process. On the other side, Jason from ExcelR8 Freight Logistics delivered our things with care and great communication, he was energetic, friendly and really helpful in reporting the few minor damages we experienced in the move. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this company based on my positive experience moving Sydney to Perth.
I would like to say a huge thank-you to Lilly, Sue and all removalists who helped with my move in Transcorp. The recent move from Canberra to Brisbane is my first interstate relocation. I was dreading it since day one because of my bad experience with moving houses in Canberra - surely the interstate move would be even worse! I was prepared to break my back and bank when I approached Transport. Moving house is tough work but the team at Transcorp took care of everything. Just my luck it was a scorching day...but this did not slow this team down. Truck loaded up like a huge Tetris game..everything fit PLUS my plants. They even placed my furniture as i wanted it in the new place. I found Transcorp to be good communicators and any queries I had answered promptly. The move itself was tricky as material stored for over a year had to be moved interstate. The people they contracted here in Hobart did an excellent job and handled the goods carefully. There were several breakages but these were incurred by the people who moved the goods into store in the first place. I would recommend this company.
Arrangement for my move was good. Driver was very friendly. Only thing when I received my goods on the other side they were extremely dirty.

Do not book with this company and my reasons for writing this are - - At the time of booking the company comes across efficient, organised and helpful yet they are anything but this. - Was told at the time of booking that they don’t use subcontractors and that they only use their guys. Turns out they do use subcontractors. - When I reconfirmed the pick up date they had changed the date and hadn’t communicated to me any change. - Delays from their end were never communicated and when I called them I kept getting fobbed off / nobody would get back to me / I had to constantly chase to get answers. - Was told that delivery time from Melbourne to Perth was 5-10 business days. Was more like 20 - 25 days. Yet again delays / changes weren’t communicated. - Was told my items would arrive on a certain date. Due to that date being a Monday I couldn’t call over the weekend to reconfirm. On the Monday I called (yet again had to follow up as nobody would get back to me) and that evening a guy called Chris who had only been there for two weeks informed me that the delivery was the Tuesday of the following week. - I asked the delivery guys if what they thought of Transcorp and they even said “I wouldn’t use them.” - Through all of this they then had the cheek to ask for me to write a sterling review. Don’t book through this company.

I booked an interstate removal from Adelaide to Melbourne early December on the Monday. I was told an arrival of 10-11am. They did not come, and kept promising later and later times, and said they had trouble contacting their driver. Only at 4:30pm did they say they could not come that day, but they said I would be the second job on the list for the following day. I stressed how important it was that I was the second job of the day, as I have the end of lease cleaners coming and the house had to be empty, as on the Wednesday morning I had to hand in my keys and drive back to Melbourne. This process continues the next day, calling every couple of hours with the response being 'he will be there in two hours' every time. I had been calling and begging them for a correct update. During these calls, the staff were curt and unempathetic. Most of the time, my calls were not even answered, or the call would shortly cut out before they answered. The cleaners were forced to clean around my belongings, and I had to get help to move the furniture to allow them some ability to clean properly. This was extremely inconvenient, stressful and costly. This constant checking and changing of the times occurred until I finally got a call at 6pm, telling me the movers will be arriving at 8pm. The movers arrived at 8:30pm, and after small talk they mention that this is the 6-8th job of the day, not the second job as promised. The movers themselves were evidently tired, and I had concerns about the care they had for my belongings. This proved correct as upon arrival, my bookshelf (one of emotional importance) had a large hole in it, which ruined the shelf and had to be thrown away. I emailed and called a couple weeks later (after the delivery of my belongings) to complain, and I was told it had been forwarded to upper management. I called in February and was told that the complaint hadn't been lodged. I was forwarded onto management, and after 25 minutes on hold they hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I encountered a myriad of problems with this group from lack of communication to outright lies. They are not the cheapest either, overall a very disappointing experience that ensures that I cannot recommend them.
As a contractor, I move regularly. My experience was extremely poor - it was a small job moving personal materials from one storage facility to a family property interstate. Transcorp on-sold my removal to a subcontractor - who onsold it to another subcontractor. The service experience was terrible. And when I called Transcorp, they told me I was wrong because they ‘never’ have unprofessional removalists or on-sell their contracts. It became obvious this was untrue....and after three phone calls they finally admitted the truth. It was a bad experience. The person that called me didn’t speak english - he just yelled at me over the phone. For the first time in 15 moves - I had breakages. My ‘removalists’ were VERY inexperienced - one of them openly admitted it was his first time on the job. My storage facility (that I had used twice previously) called me to express extreme concern and wish me luck. They described them as being ‘totally clueless’. Even though I called Transcorp several times, in distress, they did nothing to help me - although they were eventually forced to acknowledge that they had ‘onsold the job’. But they did nothing to fix the issues. If you’re foolish enough to use this company - good luck.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Transcorp as a reliable removalist company. At first their customer service was excellent when booking for my interstate move and I had every confidence, but upon late arrival for pick-up of my goods, the driver declared he was too tired to complete the move there and then that night as scheduled, but would start at 4.30am the next day. He then proceeded to cancel on me at 5am the next morning due to another job that was worth more money to him as he explained. This was the last day of my lease. I still can’t explain the devastation, let alone financial impact this has had on me during my interstate move. I contacted the manager as the driver said he did not want to. The manager was able to be contacted and tried to recover the situation by scheduling a pickup later that day with the same truck driver. I must say he did attempt to make alternative arrangements for a later pick-up, but unfortunately it was just too late based on our original agreement, and I had lost every confidence in that truck driver and the company. I incurred a significant financial impact for the cancellation due to lease obligations on my unit. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but feel it necessary people have all perspectives of other’s experiences with a company to make their own decisions for booking such an important service.
In June, I paid for the services of Transcorp Removals to move household goods from Brisbane to Perth and insured specific goods with its value for a full cover – ‘damage to your goods during loading, transit or in motion and whilst unloading of the truck/container. Unfortunately, during the entire process, several goods were damaged/unable to use, and I requested a claim for the insured damaged goods. I’ve given full cooperation to solve the matter, providing evidence, gathering quotations for repairs and give any information they requested but three months in, there has been little to no progress. I believe I’m entitled to claim for the insured damaged goods and is my decision to repair or replace the goods, and it should not affect the value of the goods I paid and insured for. From my perspective, I can only assume that the company are purposely slowing the process and trying to cut costs of my claim. They continue to change emails to communicate, they ask for receipts or bank statements of the purchased goods (which I do not have as it has been couple years since it’s been purchased) and make false accusation regarding costs. For example, as requested by the company, I got a repair quotation for a fridge door which costs $935 but implies that its $634. Please advice what I can do. Thanks
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY HAS MORE BAD REVIEWS THAN GOOD ONES,THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THAM. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Worst experience I have ever had in moving. They turned up late, were beyond rude,refused to take items on list and paid for. Threw items off the truck and took something like 4hours to move a small amount of furniture onto the truck. Driver argued about what he should and shouldn't take and left some items of furniture behind, refusing to take them. A refund was offered for the extra items paid for and not delivered, but was not given. Instead they have arranged to collect the items left behind. Given the extremely poor service i would expect a refund at least on the extra paid. Upon furniture delivery driver didn't even know where the furniture was going to. Worst removal company i have ever used and i have used many before. Driver also rather strangely noted down damages to the home i was leaving. Driver doesn't know if i own the house or rent the house and either way he has no right taking down details of the house. On top of that damages to walls noted were due to the houses age and of no concern to the person collecting my items. Driver and helper pretended they couldn't speak English, ignored the person instructing them what to take. I'm yet to see what state my furniture is in. At this stage i have lost two pieces of antique furniture that the driver refused to take and unless the company can arrange for another person to meet them at the house they left the furniture in, i don't get it back.
Worst transport business ever! Subcontracted out the work to a third party. Put a massive scratch in the floor boards when delivering furniture, and refused to rectify. Forced me deal a with hostile “independent” insurance assessor (paid for by the insurance company), who accused me of lying and used every trick in the book to weasel out of settling. Even suggested that we had done the scratch ourselves and demanded proof otherwise. All the parties pointed fingers at each other. Best way to describe Transcorp? NFI!!!
Horrible experience, was quoted and paid to tranaport goods from sydney to melbourne. on the day of the move, about 2 minutes from our house in melbourne, we got a call saying their truck could not make it up a hill down the road from ours and they would need to get a smaller truck to do the rest of the trip. mind you we were only moving a one bedroom apartment and they had it on an gigantic oversized truck. We were told because of this we would need to be charged extra. We ended up being charged an additional $600 ontop of the original quote we had already paid. I would not recommend using this company. They will rip you off and leave you furtger out of pocket.

DO NOT USE! Absolutely horrible experience! Delivery was meant to be 10am-12pm and one person showed up at 3:15pm and only finished at 7:30pm! No communication what so ever, I had to contact them multiple times throughout the entire process and got horrible communication back. They said that it would arrive either "Friday or Monday or maybe on the week" and got in contact with me Friday afternoon to say it was coming on Saturday 1-3pm, it arrived at 4:15pm! I would never use this company again and urge anyone to look elsewhere!
Poor customer service and communication. I was quoted $2078 and after this they took my card details over the phone. They took the money out in full and then tried to take $275 out for insurance without notifying me. When I spoke to them over the phone about this. They were very rude and unhelpful.
Horrendous experience. First they turned up with a truck too big for the street and then made me sign a declaration that if they got fined I would be liable. For delivery rang the emergency backup contact instead of me to try and sort out time and when told to ring me they didn't. I had to follow up a few times to get confirmation of delivery day and time. Then they turned up later than the agreed time after making a big deal of having to get it done really early that day. Goods turned up broken with several items damaged, truck was badly packed with lids taken off containers, items spilling out everywhere in truck. Driver blamed the previous drivers and storage for the problems. Took over 6 weeks and multiple calls and emails to follow them up to process insurance claim during which they claim that because they found an item advertised on gumtree, that would be the value they would pay. I now live in a regional area which doesn't make gumtree an option for replacement of most damaged items. They stated this after making me get quotes for replacements of all items. They do not cover quotes for repairs of items in claims. Had to chase up for copies of invoices for storage and payments multiple times. Would never use this company ever again and would advise against it.
Terrible Removal Company! Harass you for payment before delivery left 1/2 our furniture behind. No communication between truck and head office. The truck arrived at 5am ready to unload no consideration for any neighbours! Removalist placed everything except beds in the lounge room so tell me why we label boxes and place the room on them! Company hasn’t even asked how the move went or if we were happy the the removalist.

Small job booked: an aviary 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.9 & to help bring in a tv cabinet from a carport at the desitination where the aviary was scheduled to go. Job booked to go local from suburb to suburb (20min's travel time). Job booked for 12pm. Removalist arrives @ 9.00am with truck half filled so the aviary didn't fit!! Company rang me & said the avairy was to big even though i gave them the measurements in the first place. So then they said they'd send another truck. The other truck came. They got the aviary on even though they complained it was heavy! Didn't stop them from breaking my garage door though & not even telling me about it. At the removal destination they were hopelessly lazy & claimed they couldn't get the avairy into the back yard & that they would have to leave it next to the tv cabinet in the carport - because they couldn't get that into the house either. Claiming it was to heavy for them to lift & that they would have to get another 2 guys to help!..They also added their wasn't enough swing to get it through the front door - but why they couldn't take the cabinet around the side & walk it through the kitchen sliding door is what we cannot believe. So the bottom line here is that i paid $265.00 to Transcorp basically for nothing but reasons as to why they couldn't do the job & for braking my garage roller door& wasting my time. I rang them but of course it was all my fault right. They are digusting joke. I repeat ***AVOID******AVOID******AVOID******

I don't even want to give them one star! They guys that collected our things were slow and unprofessional. They sat their sweaty bodies on my furniture. It was stored for about a month and then when delivered we had several items broken and our furniture was disgustingly filthy and damaged! They are horrible to deal with. I am STILL trying to resolve this issue with them. They are giving me the run around about compensating me for my losses. Just abhorrent customer service. It is SHOCKING they run a business this way.
Absolutely appalling. We moved from Melbourne to Launceston. Seemed like great customer service at first, but on the day they completely missed getting the furniture from our granny flat at the rear, even though I'd spoken to them about this several times. To make it worse, they broke the headboard on our antique bed, though noted on the report, they now won't fix it or take my calls and I am going through the Ombudsman to try to get it sorted. DO NOT USE THEM!

If you are after a competent, stress-free and client-focused removalist for an interstate move, steer clear of Transcorp! Having undergone removals previously, we were quite aware of the potential for delay with removalist companies, and acknowledge that this is a part of their business. However, what sets removalist companies apart is their approach to client management, something which is evidently not a priority for Transcorp. After providing Transcorp with our body-corporate mandated move-in time slot (3:30PM-5:30PM) a week earlier, they communicated through email that the truck would have to be set up prior to 3:30PM for this move. In response to this, we queried whether we would be able to commence the move-in at 4:30PM, due to my partners work commitments. Transcorp then stated in no uncertain terms that commencing a move-in at or after 4:30 PM would be impossible, due to the onset of penalty rates. At approximately 1.00PM, Transcorp called to advise that delivery would occur at 3.30PM. At approximately 2.30PM, Transcorp called to say they were on their way. After some time waiting, the removalists did not arrive until 4.43PM, and upon arrival the removalists advised us that they were not scheduled for this delivery and were not advised of it till the afternoon! The main issue with our experience is the blatant lack of client-focused management - firstly informing us that delivery after 4:30 would be impossible from a business management perspective, and then commencing our move-in at a time beyond this, with removalists who had no prior knowledge of our planned move. In summary, the issues with this company clearly lie with the management tier of staff, because the on-the-ground removalists were fantastic at both ends of our move!
