Decky and Patrick did my move back in September. Impressed with the call i received to advise they were on their way. They were able to assess what i needed moved before actually moving anything which allowed everything to go smoothly. There were a couple of challenges but they worked it out and all was good. Looking to use the company again for our next move. Ethan and Patrick did my move into a more permanent residence last Wednesday. Those Local Guys provided prompt and professional customer service. On the day of the move they were friendly, professional and skilled at moving my furniture. I have a cumbersome fridge they got down a flight of stairs and offered extras like putting on a plastic cover on my mattress and reassembling my bed at the new property. I was impressed with how they handled everything and worked as rapidly as they could. They asked me if they could take a break which I was totally fine with, whereas a previous company Id used took several breaks without asking. Id happily use Those Local Guys if I need to move in the future.

I used Those Local Guys on Friday 2nd June 2023 to move my furniture from the western suburbs of Brisbane to the northern suburbs of Brisbane. I spoke to Rose in the office to organise my move. She was so lovely. And also Josh from accounts who finalised my payments, was very friendly & explained everything. The movers Tony & Jason were punctual & arrived on time. They called me half an hour before they arrived to let me know they would be at my place soon. They took great care with my furniture when moving it out of the unit into their truck & then with loading the truck. Tony & Jason were both pleasant & really nice guys! I had no issues. My furniture arrived at my new place of residence in perfect condition. I have no hesitation in recommending Those Local Guys to anyone who needs a reliable, friendly moving company.

It was a hot Saturday I moved and these guys were the best. They kept on doing the move despite the heat. Very mindful of my stuff and packed the truck amazingly. Everything arrived at my destination. In the same condition it was packed. The guys moved everything to each room without any hassle. Those local guys have helped me with multiple last minute emergency moves, when the end of lease or temporary living arrangements end or dont really work out. The removal staff come on time, extremely friendly and very eager to get stuck into work. My mother is elderly and has trouble with social anxiety but the staff did an excellent job and managed to put a smile on her face and made her laugh it was good to see. They helped disassemble beds and reassemble them each move, position furniture where needed. Also took away any uneeded old furniture and boxes we no longer needed or used. I since have refered a few friends to use their moving services all of which have been extremely happy with the results and won't hesitate to contact and recommend them for our future moving needs. Thanks again those local guys for the help! Much appreciated.
