William and Hyan were extremely helpful and both has good hours of experience in transporting goods. They are really useful, friendly and efficient. However, if I may add a little constructive feedback to the company, it will be useful for both worker and customer to be served with trucks that has a lift, or at least a ramp to bring heavy items up and down the truck. William and Hyan didnt have that, so it is painful to watch them carry every heavy things up and down the truck with no lifting tools. This isnt safety enough for the boys, also the items they carry might get damaged as well. But as for William and Hyan, 5 for them for being a good transporter and good responsible young people who do their job professionally. Next time I need removalist, Id definitely call them again .

As we know moving can be so stressful and which it was but dealing with Andrew was so easy and explained the entire process thoroughly. Marcos, Matthew and Fabian arrived on time and were just amazing! The moving process was a little complicated as our items were being stored in two houses however they were so efficient that it was all done in one trip. If I could give 10 stars I would! We were initially nervous, as our move was quite significantwith a large number of items to load and unload, including some custom heavy marble pieces. Came on time, assessed everything quickly, and moved everything with no issue really fast, and extremely carefully! We were in an old Queenslander so was a lot of up and down on stairs but they were good for it. We had some delicate/fragile items too, but they took the time to move it carefully and apply additional protections and straps. Really appreciated both of their services yesterday. Thanks guys

I highly recommend R2G Transport, Brisbane to anybody moving home and/or requiring storage. They are professional, friendly and very affordable. Operations Manager at Andrew and his team assisted me with a last minute move after being cancelled on by another transporter on the day they were supposed to pick up. I was referred to Andrew by on a Friday afternoon and he arranged a pick up for the next day, Saturday morning between 7:00am and 7:30am. His team were punctual, friendly and extremely professional and Andrew himself even came to my property to make sure everything was going smoothly. Once they had offloaded my belongings into one of their storage units, he even sent me a photograph so that I could feel confident that my stuff was safe. I am incredibly impressed by the service they provided and eternally grateful for helping me out at the last minute and turning what had become an extremely stressful experience into a positive one, relieving me of all stress. Andrew definitely goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you so much Andrew!!

A big shout out to the crews from R2G for moving us interstate all the way from Cairns FNQ, on the 28th of July, to Wauchope NSW. The crew in Cairns, the three of you were outstanding we had so much to fit in and the boys packed it all with precision, not an inch to spare. All very professional and efficient, whilst taking such good care with the contents of our house. Everything was packed with such expertise that nothing was found to be damaged upon unpacking, thousands of kms away.. which is where we met Mateus & Marcos. Again we found R2G staff to be professional and respectful. Mateus and Marcos worked like machines to get the unpack done . A power house team. I didnt make it easy for them, needing certain boxes in a different place to the rest, so they did well deciphering my handwriting and short hand written on the boxes whilst carrying them off the truck. A big thanks Caio, Eva and the R2G office team, for your hard work, and for working the delivery around the bad, wet weather we had on what was meant to be the day of delivery. Your advice during my very first interaction with you all, and right through to moving delivery dates due to the weather, made our move stress free. Thank you all so much. To anyone reading this I cant recommend R2G enough to you all. You wont be sorry you pick them. 5 star all the way
