No one expects that you keep the original box that your TV came in when you bought it. Otherwise, you can protect your television by wrapping it in blankets and then wrapping that tightly in cling film. If your booking is a premium service, the company will be able to provide exact timing. If your booking is a shared option, then your schedule will be a window between two to seven hours on the move day.
If you change your list of items or space required a week before your move, we can usually adjust the price accordingly. In some circumstances this won’t be possible depending on the booking volume and amount of change and notice provided.

The best way to ensure a successful move day is to be prepared. One way to do this is to notify your removalist about any very heavy or awkward-to-move items before move day. It can never hurt to double-check with them that they understand that you have these items, even if you have also submitted an inventory list. These sorts of items include:

- Concrete furniture
- Pool / snooker tables (particularly slate)
- Many pot plants / large pot plants
